"]Windows by default has the usb ports working at 125Hz of 1000Hz that USB is capable of, giving 8ms response times. You can change the frequency to 250Hz(4ms), 500Hz(2ms) and 1000Hz(1ms) to get better response times.

usbmrs11.exe
This is the program to make your mouse reach 1ms, thus faster and more precise.(For Windows XP/2k3)
After you opened it and clicked "Patch" (SAFE MODE RECOMMENDED)
You will see your current mouserate, which should be 125.
You will be asked the following:
Enforce a polling rate of 250 Hz/4 ms? (Y/N)
Here you can choose if you want 250,500 or 1000.Choose no to the first one(250) to get to 500 or 1000. You can try 500 first and see if you like it or try right away 1000. Some people experience stability problems with 1000 hertz though, I don't know why but it's really worth trying it out, the feeling is undescribable. Reboot and check with Mouserate.exe if it worked.
Set it back to 500 or windows default if you have problems with it.

Mouserate.exe
This simple program allows you to see at what rate your mouse goes.Just move your mouse.

Mousefix.reg
This is a tool many gamers use, I'm not quite sure what it does except remove windows acceleration in your registry.For some reason I think It doesn't remove it for some people thus why I have included accelfix.exe. Mousefix Remover included in the pack.

Accelfix.exe
A little tool that every Razer Diamondback user should have. You MUST remove windows acceleration with a Diamondback or else it will just suck.
You will see if it's enabled or disabled with this tool and you will be able to turn it off if mousefix.reg didn't do the trick.

Also,for people who don't know what settings to use in your Razer Diamondback drivers I would strongly recommend to turn off Master acceleration and Master sensivity control and put Windows Pointer speed control at 5, then mess with your Sensivity. Play at 1600dpi!
